Curtis - Shipping payment sent and hope to receive them real soon. It's been a long time since successful backing and I'm slowly losing faith in both KickStarter.com and those generating money through KickStarter but not shipping anything to backers.

      Hi Danielle Linton
You had paid shipping last night at 10:30 pm.
I have done what I have said and packed this evening and will have it posted in the morning.
I have sent you a notification yet as it has not been shipped (I have to work in the day as I do not make anything from Quick Caps). To quote what I wrote in the update "I will be processing these every evening and sending them out in the morning with a verification email."

For others who say the have not received notification emails please check your junk folder as emails are sent from curtis@quick-caps.com when the Quick Caps are sent.

@Marco Redaelli This is not an effort to with hold your Quick Caps, this is an attempt to work through the backlog without the current capital readily available to do it straight away.

All monies have been spent on Quick Caps and I believe I have supplied evidence to support this throughout, I also believe I have been open with all that has been going on.

I have explained what had happened at manufacturing stage many times over so do not wish to do so again.

    20. Danielle Linton on

I have made my payment, but no confirmation / verification email?! It's ridiculous enough that I've had to pay twice for the postage of this, but you need to be of your WORD and if you say you're gonna post out every evening then do so. How can you expect people to ever trust you in the future when they've trusted you up to now and you're not doing what you said you would do, when you said you would do it??

    21. Marco Redaelli on

when i will receive my item?.. i do not want to pay more, im waiting for the item i backed from more than 1 year, this is not respectful for the people that have trusted you.

Happy to pay the additional shipping fee. Where do I find the reference for the pledge number? Can't seem to find this in previous Kickstarter emails regarding Quick Caps. Thanks

To those asking if they NEED to pay additional shipping: no, you do not. If you read through previous updates, the current problem preventing Curtis from sending your Quick Caps is that his production costs exceeded the funds raised by Kickstarter & other investors, as well as his own personal funds. As such, he doesn't have the money to pay to ship the Quick Caps which have been produced.

To solve this, he has been trying to sell Quick Caps so that the profits can be used to cover shipping to backers. This is, however, a slow process.

Some people, myself included, have messaged Curtis asking if we could send him additional funds to cover shipping so that they could receive their Quick Caps sooner. This post is in response to that. If you send him the necessary amount, he can afford to ship your Quick Caps without having to wait for sales.

If you do not send him money, he still intends to get your Quick Caps to you, but it will take more time as he needs to raise money from Quick Caps sales.
