Hello Lots of Food backers!

Thanks to your generous support we have met our minimum fundraising goal. We will have enough funds to put up our fence so we can get our trees planted.THANK YOU! Our campaign is open for 13 more days and any more money we raise will go toward our rain catchment irrigation system and tool shed. We are looking forward to having you visit to see it this spring, or hosting you for a workshop at the Lots.

A couple other exciting updates:

1. We've gotten some recent media coverage for our project- Insider Louisville wrote us up on January 9 . Read it here: http://insiderlouisville.com/news/2014/01/09/lots-food-launches-kickstarter-turn-vacant-portland-property-urban-farm/

2. Much attention has been focused on Louisville's vacant lots after the city launched the Lots of Possibility competition, soliciting proposals for eligible lots. One of our neighbors is requesting lots down the block from us for pollinator habitat and a bioswale! Hooray for good ideas and good incentives!

3. Find Lots of Food on Facebook and share it with your friends.

Thank you!  from  Amanda & Peter
