We are trying to raise £5 in order to reprint the front-cover of our script. Originally titled 'The Isle of Dogs' it will now be known as ' Of Mirth and Misery', providing we finish before Wes Anderson starts his next project. The new front cover will help hugely when making our film, as cast and crew will not get confused as to what film they are making.
If we somehow exceed our goal of £5, the extra money will go towards production of the film. One day we hope to raise enough funds to make a film that will blow peoples minds, but as we have no friends, we thought setting a target of £200000 would be slightly ridiculous. However feel free to chuck any pennies our way if you would like to see this happen. We will be forever grateful, and will celebrate by hosting a party with no expense spared (skips (prawn), Peach schnapps and Ovaltine). You are all invited.
If you are still not convinced, surely these quotes from our last film 'The Wick' will have you pulling out your Woolwich card and dipping into your ISA's.
"Thrillingly unique. The sort of movie that demands someone throw a pile of money at its directors to see what they can do on an actual budget." - Jordan Ferguson, Next Projection
"Wondrous indeed." - Jonathon Hopper, Close Up Film
“You’re in for a treat” - Mark Bell, Film Threat
Risks and challenges
There is a risk that the printer will become jammed when trying to print off the new script front page. We will overcome this issue by removing the jammed paper and inserting a fresh sheet.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
