Please read everything carefully to the end! The following explains the options for pledges and much more.
We do not use an after-campaign pledge manager. All pledges must be in by the end of the campaign.
About Our Dream:
This is the first wave of our large size realistic miniatures for collecting and painting, created with the miracle of modern technology.
The series consists of highly detailed sculpts of orcs and goblins with additional interchangeable weapons, armor, and accessories. All parts come together smoothly and easily.
You have an opportunity to flex your creative muscles, as each model kit provides a plethora of extra armor and weapons to create a unique image.
Many of you have expressed an interest in our products, but want them in 28mm size (1:58 scale).
We have listened to you, and now we are proud to present that size as an option for pledging!
The first four miniatures will be two orcs and two goblins. Exhausting attention has been given to proportions, anatomy, balance, selection of position, the nature of each character, and each character's unique elements.
We will also provide you with the ability to print fully prepared miniatures on your desktop via SLA-DLP 3d printer. We like to keep pace with advances in technology to provide you with the latest options.
Spread the word about this project to your friends and post about it on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc., and get additional features and free ADD-ONS as stretch goals will be achieved!
If you would like to change your order around, or add an "unlocked parts / add-ons" use the " Manage Your Pledge" button.
Below presented two types of pledge. Hand
casting models and models for 3D printing.
You can get the Orcs and Goblins as ADD-ONS if you want more than one of them or pledge level doesn't give you access to models.
Why are we doing this?
We want to create for you, the collector and the hobbiest, a variety of characters and a unique new model line which will make your building and painting even more enjoyable.
In supporting our Kickstarter you give us the opportunity to create a complete line of Orcs, Goblins and Monsters that will consist of no less than eleven orcs and 10 goblins.
You also have the opportunity to unlock wargaming miniatures in 28 mm scale (1:58 scale). When we finish orc, and goblin line, we plan to create new fantasy miniatures.
This will include fair elves, and shining knights fighting alongside dour dwarves and hissing steampunk machines. Standing against them will be sinister monsters and hateful demons.
We want our backers to have a say in what comes next! We will discuss what you want to see next here on Kickstarter and in our group on Facebook!
Your support is very important for us in our first Kickstarter, as well as your feedback. It is important to communicate with you, so that you will be happy with our work. With you, we can add to the world of fantasy miniatures, and make this great world even better.
All the money that we raise in this Kickstarter, we will reinvest in the development of new characters and the completion of a full line of models that will be available in different sizes.
Why do we use 89 - 178 mm (3.5 - 7 in) size?
This makes it possible to saturate the miniature with a huge amount of details and texture. It opens the possibility of individual character customization by the additional accessories. This size is very suitable for painting. This truly "royal" size will make an excellent centerpiece model for any collection.
Will you make miniatures in 28 - 32 mm scale?
After you have unlocked miniatures in 28 - 32 mm in size, we will start to adapt the 3D model for this size, place an emphasis on preserving as much detail as possible. We will also do printing draft tests to make sure that we did everything right. Then we will order the 3d printed master models in the highest possible quality, and give them to the casting workshop. You will be able to observe the whole process our Kickstarter updates.
Attention! 28 - 32 mm miniatures will NOT be available in STL format.
Attention! 28 - 32 mm miniatures are available as add-ons.
What technologies were used in manufacturing the miniatures?
These fantasy miniatures are reproduced by the same 3D printers used in dentistry and by jewelers, and that brings a finished look to the surface of each model.
What material will the models be cast from?
We will use hand-cast and high quality gray resin that perfectly conveys all the smallest details. Those parts that are not possible to be cast, such as movable chains, etc. we will print for you on our 3d printer, so we keep all the complexity and beauty of the model.
We want to use the latest technology, make use of the best tools, and provide you with the advantages of 3d printing.
What are STL files?
STL files are a fast and reliable way to get your figure without waiting for delivery. This format will contain an electronic version of the sculpture that you can print on your desktop 3D printer at home. We already make use of this in our home studio. That way, you will get exactly the same result as we do. We will send you detailed instruction with the files, to make sure they work correctly with your 3D printer.
ATTENTION! These files were tested only on a SLA (Laser Stereolithography) 3D printer. It is also possible to print on DLP (Digital Light Processing) 3D printers.
We do not recommend you use a different type of print, such as FMD (Fused Deposition Modeling) 3D printing, since the models contain details as small as 0.3 mm. FMD does not produce all the print quality contained in the models that we offer.
What are the advantages of 3D printing?
Using 3d printing, you get complex details that are not possible with classical model casting. For example, 3D printing produces movable chains and rope, and allows for more ornate clothing and armor.
Another advantage is speed. You do not need to wait until the figure is produced, and then wait some more while it travels through the mail to finally arrive in your country. Instead, you can start printing immediately, since our models are already prepared for printing, fully tested and contain supports created by hand.
Usually, you need to use an automatic program for positioning supports, which when printing the small forms does not give good results. Instead, we checked all the supports and added them by hand.
Also, we made the material economy up to 106% during the creation of the model. Another great advantage of buying an electronic model, is that you do so only once, but you can produce it as many times as you want.
You can build your own army by printing as many pieces as you like and never run out of them or need to purchase more. You will also be the first to receive all the updates that will be available for any model you purchase.
You actually get a master model from which we will be casting copies from. All models presented below are printed in 50 micron resolution, which is standard for most desktop SLA - DLP printers.
If I buy an electronic version of the model, but I have no SLA 3d printer, what should I do?
Even if you don't currently own a 3D printer, it benefits you to support this campaign now. You can get all of the free stretch rewards , exclusive content in some sets not available later, and have a digital library of amazing Orcs and Goblins ready to go when you do purchase a printer or you can use the 3DHubs service.
