Stereotyping was fully embedded in culture in the early 1980s when StoryOh!Types was first created. The desire for its creation was not to laugh it off, or to scoff, but to Seriously take-the-Joke as far as it shouldn’t go. Help us publish it.
In 1981, I discovered a passion for art. I found this to be a means of coping with depression, hormonal imbalance and anxiety. Only recently, through my volunteer work, I have been told that the art is enlightening, inspiring, uplifting and highly salable. People have even requested that I create pieces for them based on original artworks they have seen hanging at my volunteer site. The only reason I can think of that makes my art unique is the high degree of personalization inherent in each line and in every hue. Many people have said that each time they look at a piece of my art, they find a new view or detail and many more messages enscrolled therein.
As an incentive for supporting this project, I want to offer you a way to be one of the first to have a page of this as-yet unpublished picture/coloring book.
