How many total lumens will the Amber lights be compared to the White and Red lights?
It is primarily for those that ride a lot during the day - that's what I'm looking for. I ride a close to the ground recumbent tadpole trike "STRETCH" yepper!
@Kareemo: The Amber light is a little more specialized for purpose. It is primarily for those that ride a lot during the day and want to have the Flare on the headtube of the bike. I'll post photos of this soon. It will look awesome and stand out in intense traffic and would even be a good compliment to a traditional bike headlamp.
@Deveren: I personally use USB packs from RAVPower and Anker and sometimes jackery. All of them work well but those are some of the best brands. I have tried waterproof/resistant packs before, but they aren't much different and they are much more expensive. You could buy two of the non-water resistant type for the same price and they will still likely survive an occasional splash.
Just shared again on Facebook!
Would these same bicyclists use an amber light to complement a white light or to replace? If it is to replace, then what benefit does it offer (less blinding?)? If it's to complement a white light, then where do they place the light on the bike?
Hi Peter, I'm really excited to receive my lights when they are released! Quick question. What USB batteries are you using for the demos, also do you know of any that are waterproof/resistant to use with the Pro? I have to buy some for another one of my devices and wanted to get ideas in case I wanted to get the same brand as I will for the Flare.
