Greetings, friends! First, let's do the most exciting bit and share the next Midnight Veil video immediately! Here's Track #7 "Daddy's Got A Big Bad Gun"!

It's been a few months since we updated Team Midnight Veil on what happens next. As many of you know, the album and film were completed back in June and we held our cast and crew screening.

Since then, I've been trying to figure out the best way to release this into the world. I thought maybe I could find a label to help us with the release, promotionally and financially. Upon further examination -- not only was that scenario time consuming and difficult to secure, it also began to prove to be a potentially undesirable relationship.

I want the best for this album and I think a self-release is the best way we can treat it -- but that being said, we need lots of help getting the word out. I spoke with some PR firms and one actually quoted me a price of $3,500 a month for a 3 month minimum for promotion. That conversation ended quickly and leaves me to hope that the power of the internet can save us in these dark times.

There will be a release event here in Seattle on October 11th, once more at Fred Wildlife Refuge. Tickets are available immediately and they are $10. This event is 21+ Get your tickets early! And if you don't live in Seattle, October is a lovely time of year for a visit :)

Here's the ticket link:

And you can RSVP on the Facebook event page:

And just a note: I will not be sending materials out to backers before the release, so expect DVDs and albums to arrive to you after October 11th or if you come to the event, on that day! If you have a special request of how and when you want to receive your materials, please never hesitate to message me at I am very grateful for your support and your patience.
