I’m a Thai-American, born in Chicago and raised in San Diego. Growing up I loved food and cooking. My mother owns one of the oldest Thai restaurants in San Diego, Sala Thai. I was raised in the restaurant life and learned how to cook from my mom, grandma and aunt who emphasised flavor profiles. I've honed my skills at my own restaurant and a culinary internship in my native country of Thailand.
