Their next great adventure is as close as the end of the driveway!
Biscuit and Lefty: A Cat’s Tale starts with a simple question when Sarah asks Eddie about his one-eyed cat Biscuit. With that, Eddie narrates Biscuit's life story and the car accident that left both of them changed.
Biscuit and Lefty is an original 51 page comic story. The plan is to package it in a 60 page print version featuring a peek at the pencil art from the series by Bobby Diaz and an afterword by Bill Williams. Those 60 pages will be jam-packed with fun. The art for the series has been completed and the full story can be found at comiXology. This Kickstarter project is for a print version of the book and whatever else we can think of (or you ask for).
There are also reward levels featuring other projects by Bill Williams including ANGEL and SPIKE comics from IDW and a little RICHIE RICH from Ape Entertainment.
The story is brought to you by three folks.
Bill Williams has published books like PANTHEON under the Lone Star Press banner. He’s also worked for clients such as DC Comics, IDW Publishing and Ape Entertainment. His current webcomic about super-powered female bodyguards, SideChicks has been running since August 2006. Bill wrote, inked, and colored this adventure of Biscuit and Lefty. His digital haunt is here. At his site, he goes on about writing and the many wonders of The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson.
Bobby Diaz is an amazingly talented penciler whose work can be found in a few random issues of Heroic Tales and all of Strange Heroes by Lone Star Press. Bobby has a page dedicated to his art and you can find it here.
Thom Zahler is a cartoonist and graduate of the Joe Kubert School of Cartoon and Graphic Art. He is best known for "Love and Capes" is a heroically super romantic comedy situation comedy in comic book form. Thom’s digital home base can be found by clicking here. Thom lettered the book.
A must read for cat people and comic fans everywhere. Biscuit and Lefty was serialized as a webcomic on Bill Williams writer’s blog before being collected on the Comics Plus app and at comiXology through our digital partner IDW Publishing. You can find it by clicking here.
Thanks for reading.
