THE SERENE AND CALM approach to yoga works really well for some... but it doesn't work for all! Rage Yoga is a less than conventional approach that comes with attitude and a language warning.
RAGE YOGA CLASSES started being taught, in person, in Calgary, AB. After gaining mass media attention it became clear that people all over the world wanted to try this unconventional style. So, to compensate for the fact that we can only be in one place at a time, the idea came forth to create online classes so that anyone with an internet connection can experience the joy of Rage Yoga at home!
THE GOAL IS SIMPLE: raise at least $2,000 to buy a computer that can handle the amount of video and video editing required to create online classes.
STRETCH GOALS include raising $3,000 so that we can buy the computer, as well as invest in higher quality recording equipment and rent a studio space to film in. $5,000 will allow us to get all of the above and purchase the software needed to manage live online streaming classes as well as to host all of the videos.

FEROCIOUS FOUNDATIONS is a well rounded yoga course to help you build strength, mobility and relieve stress while laying down the foundations for a solid practice (even if you're "lazy" or don't have a lot of time). Includes step by step, comprehensive instruction, and videos which build off the previous lessons so you can confidently take on new challanges. This is beginner/intermediate friendly.
BENDY & BADASS is focused on obtaining significant flexibility results while building strength and becoming "zen as f*ck"! This course will help you safely increase flexibility in your legs, hips, shoulders, back... pretty much everywhere. If you have ever wanted to work towards getting your splits or increasing your bends, this course is for you! This is ambitious beginner and intermediate friendly.
Risks and challenges
The only obstacles that may delay delivery of the courses would be the initial set up of the videos and PDFs to share online. Let's face it, sometimes technology is hard to figure out the first time!
