The i -C2 and i-C4 are designed and ready for circuit boards and an injection mold. Your pledges are for components for the next production. Rev 2 of the PCB's will have 5 updates. The chargers are designed to provide 10 watts on every charging bay to simultaneously charge any i-Device. Plug in the 3' USB cable and you can sync all at the same time in iTunes. It is 'trick'.
70 of the C4 chargers have been shipped to Australia, Finland, Netherlands, Pakistan and many to Texas. My supply chain is established. The more personal C2 is ready to go. By changing the connector, the chargers can be used with the Android.

"Made in the USA" is the operative. I have plenty of space for production and have shipped 70 units thus far.
Mechanical design was completed in MasterCam and AutoDesk Inventor. I have a Jet Mill, a Tormach CNC, and a Morgan single cavity injection mold machine about 100 feet from where I am sitting. The circuit boards are designed using Altium, they are a 4 layer FR-4 with differential pairing on the data lines. The 2 board houses that I use are: Sierra Circuits in Sunnyvale and Screaming Circuits in Oregon.
