So this has been a long long road, and an exciting and nervous journey, and the best bit is we have only just begun.
Last week we launched the online bookings with Resdiary, and it all of a sudden felt real whilst we nervously awaited the first tables to come through.
I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you all again for your amazing support in making my dream become a reality. Most of you now should have your rewards as there is mainlyl the voucher based ones to go out. I hope everyone enjoyed them, and everyone who is due to come and dine with us is as excited as we are.
We are going to be shouting from the rooftops about salt as soon as we are ready to open those doors to the public. We have loads of promotional things planned such as another Saturday kitchen appearance, articles and features in local and national press, and a few other things planned it too. As we know one of the best forms of advertisement is word of mouth so there is just one more little thing to ask you is to keep sharing the love in any way you can, be it social media, verbally, or anyother way you can think of.
