little update

Posted by Paul Foster (Creator)

Hello backers,

I know it has been about 6 weeks or so since I last sent you an update so I thought it was a good time to let you all know what is going on, (just so you didn't think I was sunning it on a beach in the Maldives)

As you are aware my wife and I were working on a property for a few months and heavily negotiating. The landlord (also tenant)  wanted way to much money for the premium which would have left us without a penny for the set up. I think this is the reason this property has been on the market for over a year and a half in a good location. So unfortunately we had to walk away.

A town centre property in a great spot landed on my lap a few weeks ago and we are very keen, it is a little smaller than the last place we were looking at but we like it and think it has lots of potential to be Salt. It will start very small and humble with a plan to grow the business into something really special.

We are pushing on with this as aggressively as we can, and I am very hopeful that it will come off. I will keep you up to date as things progress and as soon as we have an opening date I will let you know.

Speak to you all soon, any questions please don't hesitate to contact me privately on here

      Hello Paul

Even though you're sure to be rather busy, a progress report would be good please.

Absolutely, the right place is key and if it means it takes an extra couple of months it isn't a long time in the grand scheme of things.

Paul, Always important to wait as long as possible for the right property!
