Vinyl has arrived - getting ready to ship!

HI Folks,

Just wanted to let you know the LPs have arrived and we are gearing up to pack and ship them over the next couple of days.  We'll post again when we have completed all shipments.  The whole process may take us through the weekend as we'll be toting quite a few packages to the post office.  Here's a peek at the packing floor

Regards, Mad Kind Edmund

That's very strange Lew. As far as I know everyone has gotten theirs. Can you send me a private message with your address again so we can confirm? Thanks a lot. We will get it taken care of.

Ed: I was wondering what has happened with the mailing of the albums. I haven't received anything. Thanks. Lew

That's weird Susan, so sorry about that. Maybe it slipped through the cracks somewhere. The CD's were shipped a while back but if you want a new one or a download instead we can make that happen. Ed

Hi Ed -- Congrats on getting it all done. I responded to the August survey for the cd vs mp3 and haven't yet received either a physical cd or a dowhload code. Thanks for any help. Susan D.

That's a great idea Frank. There's no way to directly donate to GL that I know of (we paid he directly while I was in NYC and gave him CD's to sell) although we're thinking of doing a special vinyl release of the 2nd record we just did and also trying to fund another new recording reuniting GL with Milford Graves (who I spoke at length with this week). We may do a Kickstarter campaign for those together and that would help GL in that he has more product sold directly. I'll see if there's a way to send $$ to him via the place where he lives. There may be an issue with his monthly assistance check but I'm not sure. Ed

Ed, Thank you. I received my package of GL Music plus. It seems like so much of a bargain that I should donate more. Is there a method set up to donate directly to GL? Suggestion: Auction the original artwork and sell a limited series of prints. Soon I will sit and enjoy this music. GoodThoughts, Frank Badami

Yeah, I think a lot of folks think the hard part is raising the funds. It's really the fulfillment as you know. I'll send you a new download code for the album and you should be set. Thanks!!

Hi, Ed... I'm still scrambling with order fulfillment for my own K/S project, the Harvey Pekar Comics as Art & Literature memorial sculpture/desk for the Cleveland Heights library, so I know how it goes. But, my own K/S reward seems to have slipped through the cracks as well. Please advise.

Oops, correction, a CD was mailed in your case. I've sent you details by email with request to confirm your information so we can redeliver. Anyone that requested a digital download ONLY or a CD and responded to the survey by Aug 24th should be in contact with us if they are not in receipt of their reward yet.

Yeah Tim, the downloads and CD's were sent out weeks ago. You didn't get the download code sent to the e-mail you gave us?

    11. Tim Niland on September 20, 2012

Hello, I had pledged $10 and wrote about about the project on my blog. Did you send the digital copies or CDs out yet? Thanks a lot, Tim Niland.
