@TokyoIndyPop!, thanks for the question. As the film wraps up we'll send out a survey asking each donor for their name as they'd like it to appear in the credits.
Hey quick question. How are you going to find out our names and such to post on the film?
@Robert Furin, that's a great question! You can choose to back People In Motion on kickstarter and have the option of receiving a digital download, or a blu-ray/dvd copy of the film. You can also wait until the film is released at which point we'll be selling it for $35! Thanks for checking in.
where can i buy this movie
I sure hope your final projects pays more than a passing moment of tribute to EADWEARD MUYBRIDGE - he was the original in film motion studies.
@Forrest Pound: It's been a line we can't get out of our head. Your project looks great, what a concept following the course of the Colorado River. In checking it out, we may have a unique way to help your film. Message us for details.
@Julie McCartney: We hope it can inspire all genre's to reconsider movement and how it's perceived. Thank you for the support.
@Olivier Schulbaum: Thank you! We're charging hard for the finish line.

"The amazing things people can do in space and time"
I like this line and I can't wait for the finished film- looks pretty sweet.
I'm trying to similarly tweak people's perception of space and time with some stunning long term time lapse shots on my kickstarter project. Check it out at: http://kck.st/fcBWP4

@Felix Neves, thanks so much for the kind words! Great to have a fellow San Diegan enjoying the project. We have a strong appreciation for the training you do in the Jiu Jitsu community and we're so happy you guys are enjoying the film.
You guys are doing a good job. I live in San Diego to and my boy from Pit Bull Jiu Jitsu turned me on to this page. I have a Youtube you guys might like, it's on my channel joefelixneves. San diego in motion!
@TokyoIndyPop!, we greatly appreciate your pledge. You'll be happy to hear that a large portion of People In Motion will be filmed at Burning Man, a MASSIVE annual arts festival in the Nevada Dessert. Burning Man has dozens of incredible, mind-bending man made structures that our athletes can play on for days. The event is a feast for the eyes, you can get a flavor of the events visuals here: http://www.flickr.com/search/…
This is cool. Hopefully, you find someone that has a colorful mohawk to do flips. I'm a visual person and would like to see something like that, perhaps a rad superhero costume (metallic silver or something). Just my thoughts good luck I just added some money to the cause!
VERY GLAD TO SEE THAT I HELPED OUT AT LEAST A LITTLE BIT! I THINK THIS IS DEFINITELY GOING TO HAPPEN GLAD TO SEE WE'RE ONLY 1,000 AWAY FROM SUCCESS.
@P4RKOUR M4N, thanks again for the list of groups to contact. We reached out to everyone except Physical Graffiti and A&M Parkour as we couldn't find working contact info for either group. If you have any more suggestions, feel free to email me; CedricDahl@gmail.com

NOT SURE IF THIS WILL HELP BUT APEX MOVEMENT IS ONE OF THE LARGEST PARKOUR/FREERUNNING TRAINING FACILITIES, SO THEY MIGHT BE WILLING TO PLEDGE SOME MONEY. PKCALI (PARKOUR CALIFORNIA) AND NYPK (NEW YORK PARKOUR) MAY BE WILLING TO HELP OUT AS WELL.
TEXAS PARKOUR, PARKOUR GENERATIONS, PHYSICAL GRAFFITI, A & M PARKOUR (AT TEXAS A & M UNIVERSITY), AND QUICKPARKOUR ARE SOME MORE ORGANIZATIONS OUT THERE. YOU MIGHT WANT TO CHECK ON QUICKPARKOUR I'M NOT SURE IF THEY ARE A LEGITIMATE ORGANIZATION OR NOT. THE OTHER GROUPS MENTIONED HAVE WEBSITES THAT I HAVE SEEN. I'LL KEEP LOOKING FOR MORE ORGANIZATIONS AND UPDATE YOU AS WE GO. THANKS FOR THE FEEDBACK MR. DAHL!
@P4RKOUR M4N, thanks much for the advice. We've followed up with Urban FreeFlow and American Parkour. They've both been great about supporting us. Urban FreeFlow is setting us up with a 1 page ad in the April release of Jump Magazine and we're in talks with American Parkour. We'll reach out to PKFR next. Who else should we reach out to?
EVERYONE LISTEN UP! IF YOU ARE SUPPORTING THIS PROJECT AND WANT TO REACH YOUR GOAL WITHIN 37 DAYS YOU NEED TO CONTACT THE FOLLOWING ORGANIZATIONS: PKFR; AMERICAN PARKOUR; URBAN FREEFLOW; AND MANY OTHERS. THIS WILL GET YOU THE SPONSORS AND THE MONEY YOU NEED TO MAKE THIS GREAT IDEA COME TO LIFE!!!

@doris, thanks for the kind words! You hit the nail on the head! This film is all about having the courage to look at the world in a new way, seeing potential in everything around us, overcoming fears and moving through space and time in a way thats unique and incredible.
@Raven, per your advice, we're reaching out to both American Parkour and PKFR International, please send over any other advice or thoughts on anyone else we should reach out to.
This project sounds really amazing!!.The philosophy behind it is an inspiration, and if nothing else, it shows us how to perceive the world in a different way, "out of the box". The athlets in this film are showing their incredible skills, but they are also taking incredible risks. Imagine what the world would be like, if each of us would challenge our fears, to be able to defy them, in order to achieve our maximum potential, the one that is only reached by facing what scares us most!!
