A prototype is a preliminary model of something. Projects that offer physical products need to show backers documentation of a working prototype. This gallery features photos, videos, and other visual documentation that will give backers a sense of what’s been accomplished so far and what’s left to do. Though the development process can vary for each project, these are the stages we typically see:
Proof of Concept
Explorations that test ideas and functionality.

Looks like the final product, but is not functional.
Appearance and function match the final product, but is made with different manufacturing methods.

Myor is a tool that helps the mooring operations, making them easier and safer!
We are in Kickstarter because...
1. We finalized design and manufacturing process but we want to develop it for a professional use.
2. We will improve MYOR according to the comments and feedback.
3. We love this project, so let's have fun!
💛 Advantages in using Myor:
With MYOR you will no longer need any assistance from the crew on the deck or the linesmen, neither for mooring or unmooring operations. You can finally decide to sail off alone or with inexperienced partners. The ease of MYOR will always allow you to perform all the correct operations safely and independently, and finally use your boat whenever you want.
MYOR helps you in mooring even when there are no lateral supports. In this way the duration of mooring and unmooring operations will be significantly reduced. This is a fundamental factor to avoid damages and injuries during these moments. With MYOR you can assure the boat to the dock in seconds, it doesn't matter if you are alone or with a crew or if the weather conditions are not ideal.
You will be able to complete all the mooring steps even when the environmental and meteorological conditions won't be ideal. MYOR will facilitate the operations even without any references to adjacent boats.
Mooring with MYOR will facilitate all the operations in harbour or at the pier, reducing the risk of causing all those, even small, damages which will require difficult, expensive and laborious repairs.
⚙️ How does Myor work?
Mooring and unmooring are recognized as the most critical, dangerous and risky phases, even for experienced crews.
Thanks to an automatic hooking system, MYOR allows to moor and unmoor easily by yourself and safely. Don’t risk to damage your boat. Don’t depend from your travel companions. Be safe and quick with myor.
No permanent boat and dock operation is required to install and use MYOR.
Perfect for sailboats and motorboats, MYOR binds and stabilizes the boat while, in all tranquility, you proceed with the normal operations of mooring and unmooring (the system does not replace the final mooring).
MYOR is simple and intuitive to use and does not require any specific technical preparation.
👉 How to moor with Myor:
The motion of the boat creates the connection with the hooks of the float.
At this point it is only necessary to invert the motion of the engine, as if you want to unmoor.
Using the boat hook, you connect the rope, which is fixed to the ring, to the bollard, or to the extended bow, fixed to the appropriate hook.
The boat stops, and stabilizes thanks to the hooking with MYOR system combined with the engine thrust.
Now you can fix the rope; this operation is also greatly facilitated, as MYOR system, at this stage, tends to move the boat away from the jetty, allowing it to fix the rope without any effort.
By reversing the engine gear, the boat, which is already fixed to the rope and supported by MYOR, approaches the jetty allowing to easily fix the usual mooring ropes.
👉 How to unmoor with Myor:
Using the boat hook, you connect the rope as usual.
Disconnect the mooring lines, giving forward to the engine adn disconnect the rope.
Now it's sufficient to disengage from the MYOR system by pulling the appropriate release lever with the sailor or with a small tail carried in the wheelhouse.
🔧 How interface Myor with the boat?
For every moor its configuration: MYOR is suitable for any type of boat and mooring point.
The bow is the main article consisting of a top secured to the bollards, bow or stern, and two fiberglass arms that holds it taut to the water to automatically hook it to the MYOR. The bow is resealable and removable: it is positioned only during maneuvers.
MYOR is the best solution for everyone, even in the absence of supports along the side. Immediately stabilize the boat with side wind and current.
The single MYOR is suitable for berths with at least one side support (dock finger, English berth or adjacent boats). Perfect for boats that have large outboards engines or large appendages such as, for example, the external rudder at the stern.
💰 Opportunity for harbours and marinas
MYOR is a great opportunity for managers and owners of harbours and marinas because is the perfect substitute of a linesman. All the boaters of the marina with the MYOR installed at the berth are able to dock and undock without any help also when the weather conditions are not good. The advantage to save time and not to wait for a free linesman is a great service for the boaters a marina can offer.

Risks and challenges
Creation and delivery of the MYOR system is supported by a team who have successfully created another business based in Italy. We already have the facilities and machines needed to make small batches of the MYOR system right here in Italy. The project and can easily scaled if needed for bigger yachts or commercial vessels.
Our long sleeve tee is made from top-grade combed ring-spun cotton, which provides the softest feel and superior durability.
Moreover, a single auspicious ritual has been done for each canvas so that all our gratitude will come to you!
