Hey Kickstarters!!

I hope you all are enjoying the rewards of your patience. Coffee Shop Pack backers, your time has come. 31 CSPs have shipped out so far, and we expect the rest to go out by next Tuesday. I know there are some people whose beans haven't arrived for one reason or another (they were returned, lost in the mail, etc.). If this is you please message me asap and we'll sort it out. We still have a few late-entered addresses to get to, but rest assured this will be taken care of in the next week.

Our Holiday Gift Packs hit the market with a bang. People are excited ordering them for their friends and families (and themselves, I'm sure). Then hundreds of emails hit my inbox with a louder bang saying that people want to have the option of ordering Joulies by themselves. As they say the customer is always right, so here they are, $50 for 5 as advertised.

As you know our production capacity is growing slowly and we only have a limited number of 5-Packs available, so if you're in the market for gifts there's no time like the present to snatch these up if you want them delivered in time for Christmas. Happy shopping!!

      It's been a year!!!! And messages are not being answered, and no joulies.

      I'm in the same boat: no Joulies in sight, and the direct messages I've been sending to Dave & Dave are without reply. Very disappointed.

      I still have not received my sets of Joulies. I have to say, as this was my second Kickstarter backing, I'm disappointed to not have received anything. I would like to know when I can expect delivery. I will try emailing your site directly.

      Hi Dave and Dave,
      I have not received my backer order of jouilies yet and am pretty disappointed that you're pushing them through your store. I'd have been quicker waiting and ordering them direct rather than sticking my neck out backing you. My first kickstarter backing and I'm glad I waited to see how this one turned out before backing any others if this is the script. I've emailed directly already can someone please let me know when to expect delivery.

      I'm all about supporting you guys, and get that it's a bit messy sometimes. No prob. But maybe it shouldn't be so hard to get a status?!? :D

      Mark, if you are unhappy with your Coffee Shop Pack please send it back. I will refund your money and pay for shipping. Everyone else who received them was very happy with them. Sets of Joulies in retail packaging as advertised. Everyone else got 5 Joulies wrapped up in bubble wrap.

      Joseph, we are also disappointed. Lesson learned here is that retail packaging is a severe pain in the ass. Took months of trial and error to learn this before we cut our losses and just kept it neat and simple.

      So the CSP is just a bunch of normal packs? I received the big box expecting some type of display or something, but I got a bunch of individual sets. Why did this take so long for me to receive? Nothing is special about the CSPs! Please respond with some type of explanation that you should have provided prior to me receiving this package. Thank you.

      I received mine, but unfortunately lost them right before Thanksgiving. Someone in Newark, DE has a nice free set of Julies and a travel mug proclaiming them as a backer. (grumble... my fault...) I'll probably get the 5-pack and use my own travel mug from now on. I just hope to get my new set before I travel for the holidays starting on the 23rd...

      I am definitely enjoying my joulies in my tea - though it took some experimentation to get the number of joulies and timing just right. Just checked out your web page - very cool. I am curious about how you determined your pricing - the difference between the gift pack and the set of 5 seems to be only the tumbler, and the price is nearly half.
