 This puts everything in a 1.5 x 0.9" format keeping the original 24 pin stamp pin out.  It still makes it solder friendly for me using 0603 and SOT23 parts rather than smaller ones.  All components on the topside, with 4 options on the back to either connect 3.3V to JTAG or make the JTAG a target rather than master.
