A Friendly Reminder before Christmas Day!

Dear Wooboers,

Please set up and pair your Woobo before Christmas day! 

The set-up process might take a little bit time so we suggest you getting everything ready and hiding your Woobo under Christmas tree on Christmas Eve! So the next day when your little ones wake up, they can play with Woobo right away! 

P.S: For those who have downloaded your IOS App, please update your App now! We have resolved some issues that hamper user experience! :)

      I completed the activation without any problems at all. The product is adorable but The voice of Woobo has turned out to be a bit creepy and monotone. The biggest problem for me though is that it doesn’t seem capable of understanding and responding to even the sample questions you have printed on the box. There is no way for my child to customize the experience and have it call her by name either. Pretty disappointing.

      Hi there I’ve sent an email, we have the app activated it and the app says we need a code from the woobo but we only get a home like screen and when we hold woobo’s left hand down for a menu nothing happens any suggestions on what we should try?

      Hi there! We're very excited about Woobo, but we are having a hard time with the activation. I got the app and it is asking to pair up with woobo with a activation key, but woobo is not giving me one. Can you please help! Thanks.
