We are currently in the process of issuing refunds, so if you requested one prior to February 28th, you should have received it by the end of next week. Everybody requesting a refund after that will be processed once the initial requests have been issued.
Kali, the following youtube tutorial explains how to change your Kickstarter delivery address, but we will also be checking to make sure that all of our shipping address information is correct before we ship the product, so don't worry!
theres no option to edit my address. i dont know if i've moved since backing the project but i was also under the impression that we would be contacted to send you our shipping address once the product was ready to ship.
i want to have my money back or else i will take some serious steps.

For those of you who requested a refund before 28/2/17, your refunds will be issued by the end of the week. Refunds requested after this will be issued before the end of March.
We still do not have an exact shipping date, but we estimate the product will be finished and ready to ship during the second quarter of the year. Once we have a firm date we will let you know, but until then we are making regular, weekly updates to keep everybody up to date on our progress.
If you address has changed the best thing to do would be to update it on your Kickstarter settings. There is a video tutorial on how to do this here: https://m.youtube.com/watch…

I do NOT want a refund because I have been very hopeful this project would come around and it seems to have done exactly that. I am so excited to see the updates and everything moving forward. I knew this was going to be an extremely difficult project to finish because there are so many variables that need to be considered. I'm patient and very excited to see the recent updates. BUT I have moved so I DO need to update my address. I remember there being a message about that quite a long time ago but I cannot find it now and I didn't pay much attention to it at the time since I didn't think I'd be moving then. What do I need to do to get my address changed?
@Eden_DiMarcho Thank you for your support. Battery is actually the biggest challenge we're facing in the long term and we're looking into possibilities in cordless charging pad. We'll figure out once we're done with product shipping first, since it's the priority.

I am really excited to see some honest communication happening! This is a product that I was crazy excited about when it first came out, I told anyone who would listen about it! My biggest concern, however, is still the battery life. Is there no way to include a charging option? I was thinking something along the lines of a charging pad/mat that you place the cup onto... I am sure this is not going to happen for this round of production, but hopefully in the future. Thanks again for all of your hard work!

@InYoung, since there's so many people changing their address all the time, we'll send out a survey to confirm the last address a week before the actual product shipping. You can rest assured that we'll get your confirmation before we send out the product.

@Tessa Gault, thank you for your comment, we really appreciate the feedback. We're glad that a lot of people like the idea of alerts that don't require a phone, and we are currently exploring other options for the future for those who don't.

Keep up the good work. There is no doubt in my mind that no step of this process has been easy. Except maybe for coming up with the initial concept. I am happy to wait. I also wanted to mention that some of us do not live with our cell phones and am happy to have a "knocking option" for alerts. I am not sure where this ended up in development but there is those of us to consider as an option who are not permanently attached to a phone. 8-) Can wait to see the end project.

@Dyana Wu, we won't be processing the shipping information and refunds at the same time. What we meant by that was that all refund requests will be processed at the same time, and then, later, all shipping information will be confirmed at the same time.
As such those requesting refunds need not take action until we send out the relevant update. That will happen by the end of February, whereas shipping information will be confirmed prior to shipment. We're sorry for the confusion!

Hey, uh, how about dealing with refunds before you figure out shipping, given that the product has taken forever, isn't shipping anytime soon (all the best meeting Q2 2017 though, 6 weeks to go!) and in the process, gained features a bunch of people seem to not want (and were not the reason we backed it in the first place)?

Unfortunately, you lost a bunch of trust.
I am happy to finally be receiving updates as I have long counted this as a bad backing - but I was proved wrong. Is it possible to get a partial refund as I got 2 Loon cups for $60 but now only need one. If it is not possible I'll opt for the full refund.
Excited to hear about the new updates, however, my person financial situation is deteriorating and I would appreciate a full refund now rather than this product. Best of luck
