  @Ben you'll be able to indicate special inquiries in the Kickstarter surveys and we'll see how we can do it (we can't receive Kickstarter payments anymore but we should find another mean to do it
  @Sheri there will be two beta tester batches, but the second one is going to be very close from the full Kickstarter batch

  Hi Ben from what I've read and understand......uh the addresses add-ons and port sizes will be able to be done in the final surveys coming soon. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong. Thanks.

  @Gary our products are currently in the certification office to pass some tests. Once it is validated, we'll launch the first batch! We are preparing a Kickstarter update to talk about it.

  @Brian. Yes they will send out surveys for shipping addresses and for port sizes. Any changes will be able to done in final surveys before they begin to ship.

  @sokompheak we are just back from our second industrialization journey, where we did the first product assembly and tested all the tools we've been manufacturing in the last weeks. We'll post an update about it this week!

  @Jennifer the final delivery timeline is in the #11 update, the full batch will come a few weeks after the beta test batch.

  I was expecting the delivery of the product in Dec 2016 not realising that the extra work would take us into June/July. By the time the delivery of the energysquares are due to have moved from Hong Kong to Australia. How do you accomodate for changes such as these?

  @Stephanie we are working on an update for the coming days. You'll be able to confirm or change your phone model just before we send the beta.

  When is there going to be an update? By the time you send out even beta units, many of us may all have switched phones... and phones with inherent wireless charging capabilities.

  @Jordan we're going back to our factory in April for the first product assembly, then we'll need 3 to 4 weeks to pass the certifications, and then we'll send the first beta units! We'll explain it more precisely in the next update.

  Creator: Could you please quote a realistic shipping date? U said you are going to China and will run few weeks of beta test; and then full production. Assuming no issue, we are looking at Apr/May at best? I was very excited when I backed this but not anymore. This is taking way too long ... Even iphone 8 is coming in Sept with wireless charging ...
