      We'll update firmware for SID recently on our website. We believe this firmware version not just bring better streaming rate while preview on the phone but compensate some dead pixels as well. We'll update a post soon.

      @weeview - Would it be possible to get a status update. I have replied to your last email that you sent to me. Since then I have sent 4 other emails to your support team and have not received a response back. It's been a little over a month, since you last replied to me.       Before we fulfill your shipment, let us clarify the condition we’ve occurred. After our forwarder checking to the carrier, we found that it seemed most of parcels shipped to India were all lost after forwarding to the local carrier system.
      Now we afraid that the shipment won’t make it again. So before we rearrange the shipment to India, here are the options for backers who are based in India like you:
      Option.1 Weeview will resent your reward again.
      Once we sent out the shipment, we won’t guarantee if the parcel could be arrived to the address you advised or not. And we’ll not be responsible for your reward in the future. Hope you can understand.
      Option.2 Refund the amount you pledged for our project
      If you take option 2, please msg us and we’ll issue a refund on Kickstarter.
      Once again we apologize for the situation you faced and we are trying to help you to get your reward as possible as we can.

      After one month disconnect due to hurricane Maria finally I verified my order and I can see my name in the list of zone B. I am still waiting to receive it. Which service is DGMR?
