No, you do not have to have a smart phone. It is possible to connect via a web page. We will post an update about this and how to do it, though there is a caveat. Connecting via the web page can introduce delays in communication, so you cannot count on real time control via web interface. A delay of a few seconds should be expected.
Can I connect to the Ard-Vark through a web page on my computer or do I have to have an iPhone?
