"Eighty Minutes Around the World: Immigration Stories" highlights true stories told by local immigrants and allies and is curated by 30+ time Moth StorySlam winner Nestor Gomez. Thus far, the show has been performed at four different Chicago venues such as local theatres, bookstores, and colleges.
Help us bring our immigration storytelling show to a wider audience, starting with a performance in New York city on September 8, 2018 and continuing with future shows in Milwaukee and Detroit. We also plan to produce a podcast.
We hope that by sharing the dreams and struggles of our immigration experiences we can help combat the anti-immigration rhetoric spewed by the current administration.

Risks and challenges
We need to develop an extensive network of contact and storytellers in order to be able to bring our show to different cities, while providing workshops for existing and new storytellers.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
