I received my Porthole but not my tumblers. Will those be coming in a second shipment?
Any chance you could let me know what 'wave' I am in? I cannot figure it out and as of yet have not received either the item or notification that I'll be receiving. Thank you!
@Matt The tumblers ship inside the kit box, in a compartment under the Porthole and recipe cards.

I wanted to check in on the Kickstarter edition portholes that were sold through your website in November. Is there a good place to keep track of progress on those? When will they get shipped?

@Laura @Dan We're now shipping to backers who pledged before 8/25. Those who pledged on or after 8/26 will be in the final wave scheduled for the beginning of August.
Thanks so much. I received both portholes last week or so. Just wanted to say it was worth the wait. Quality is impeccable.

Wondering about fulfillment for the Kickstarter Reward Backer Addition orders. Will they ship after the main Kickstarter orders are fulfilled? Thanks!
@Kevin Yes. The add-on rewards will ship after all original Kickstarter rewards have been shipped.
Hey Martin, I got an email from you guys last Thursday that my two would ship this week, and since my address is the same, I did not submit a new survey, as instructed.
But it's Friday a week later and I still don't have any indication or notification of a shipment headed my direction. Obviously, technically it's still "this week", but I would have assumed if you had a Monday 22nd cutoff for address, that they should have gone out by now?
What am I missing?

Been kinda busy, so I'm only just sharing this now: my two Portholes and four shot glasses arrived on July 9—nearly 3 weeks ago. Beautiful, efficient packaging! A little hectic at my house right now, so haven't made any infusions yet, but as we enter the tail-end of Summer I look forward to doing interesting things with oils, teas and water.
I got contacted from DHL. There is a problem with shipment and they can't release it.
They ask for product description in Thai and stress that there are some additional import costs.
Furthermore they are requesting a catalogue of goods (not sure why, but seems shipping information is not sufficient as it says only "porthole", which nobody at DHL understands)
Kindly let me know what the agreed handling is in this case.
(I assumed that shipping cost is end to end incl. fees.)

Europe: 5 weeks after June 25th. I know it's hot in Madrid. Still....
@Ingmar European rewards did ship Today. The tracking notices should be sent tonight by the respective carriers.
Tracking number received. Oh yes!!!! Can't wait for it to arrive.
They look great/fantastic, and the glasses are just adorable.
But: 2 portholes, 4 glasses, 6 screens, 4 screws, but only 1 hex key. Sh**t, if it wasn't for a present, I wouldn't even mind.

For those who haven't received it yet: it was so much worth the wait. It looks great, and all who I have shown it to, are envious. As has been stated before: it's more important to get good quality, then something assembled in a hurry/.
A tip for The Aviary: sell your blends in sachets as the one included in the porthole and your recipes in card form, I'm most certain they will sell.
After long wait, after fruitful year, after so many moments this gem did happen to be delivered.
I took it to its first fulfillment and it is exactly the way I dreamt of it.

So, when should I expect my portholes to be shipped (2 black ones to the U.S.)? My most recent expectation was that it would be shipped in July but I have heard nothing in the past month.
Please let me know if and when to expect shipment. Domestic.

Just got my Porthole in Scotland and I must say it was well worth the wait! what a stunning piece of art! cant wait for it to take centre position on my kitchen table in my new home! Thanks guys, look forward to more exciting products!
I'm waiting for 5 portholes (they are presents for those who helped with our wedding almost two years ago!) yet not a whisper. I certainly hope they are about to be shipped. we have moved an yet no survey... what do I need to do?

How can find out when my portholes will be shipped? I have been incredibly patient, but I bought one of the portholes as a wedding gift for a wedding I attended back in February. If I knew it was going to take this long I would have purchased something else. Can you please be more transparent as to when kickstarter orders will be fulfilled?
Being patient here as well. The lack of communication is getting to be a bit much. Please let me know when they will ship. These were Christmas gifts...for 2012, not 2013!
I received an email on the 29th of August saying the portholes would be delivered the next week. That was last week . What is the date now?
I ordered 2 black portholes on September 4, 2012 and another 2 on November 27, 2012. I received an email survey about 2 weeks ago saying that my portholes would be sent the first week of August. Then no further word at all. How can I confirm that the 4 portholes are on their way to me? I've tried to be very patient ... but it's very frustrating when the original date for fulfillment was in 2012 and it's now 11 months after I made payment for the first 2.
@Martin - according to your message below dated August 1, my Porthole should have shipped. Can you please confirm that the last shipment has gone out? I ordered on the 28th of August 2012.

I received my five Portholes. They are wonderful. However, one of the glasses was broken upon arrival and one of the Porthole sets was missing all its recipe cards. I would have contacted you via www.theportholeinfuser.com, but the contact page doesn't appear to be set up yet. How do I get this resolved?
