For best results and for the best-looking T-Rex, we recommend using 'melting chocolate' specifically. This kind of chocolate also goes by the names, 'chocolate wafers' and 'candy melts'. They're sold at most grocery stores in the baking isle, as well as at the large craft store chains. And be sure to try making your T-Rex out of a variety of chocolates and colors!
You can use a variety of tools to get the job done: A ziploc plastic bag with a corner snipped off, a pinched silicone bowl, a glass with a steady hand, or a plastic squeeze bottle found at most grocery or craft stores.
Not to worry! As the saying goes, ChocolateConstruction is easy to learn but difficult to master - but super fun every step of the way! And don't think for a second that broken pieces are lost forever. Add a dab of melted chocolate between two broken pieces, press and hold them together, let cool, and that bone's as good as new!
Still not to worry! As a Chocologist, you're given a bit of leeway in your field, and these things happen. But to make them happen less, there's no shame in filling in just one bone, letting it cool, excavating it, and then filling the next bone. Just go bone-by-bone!
