What is a Joe Magic Card?
Bellwether, the school of wizards, has been destroyed along with the rest of the village. Now the dust has cleared from the most severe war ever known to your once peaceful valley and the survivors call on you, the remaining wizards to help rebuild. Stragglers from the dark hoards still roam the land.
In this game you choose each day to meditate and allow your abilities to grow, study and learn forgotten spells, hunt dark creatures, or use your magic to restore supplies, farms, buildings, and an orderly government to the land.
Cards represent spells learned. Each one is from a an "order." Collecting multiple spells from a single order is one way to gain victory points. Each one has a number that shows damage it can do in hunting as well as other benefits for knowing the spell.
There are multiple uses for each card. The wise wizard will know which to use and when.
Bellwether will have a very limited distribution and will not be available in most areas. This is likely the only way to get the game--through Kickstarter support.
• 120 Midland Tokens to give fuel to magic spells.
• 16 Dark Creature Cards to plague the land.
• 32 Spell Cards to hunt and rebuild.
• 2 Dice to determine the whereabouts of dark creatures.
• 1 Main Board to hold tokens and buildings.
• 1 Building Board for buildings supply lines of every kind.
• 30 Building Cubes to place on the building board.
