Jackery Power Pro packs 578 Wh of power into a single device that is capable of recharging & powering even your larger electronics multiple times.
The device itself charges through an accompanying AC plug, reaching full charge in about six hours.

Jackery Power Pro features a 110V AC output port with a Type A or Type B socket, two 12V DC 6mm output ports & a DC cigarette lighter port for larger electronics such as laptops, lanterns or TVs.
The AC output port can charge at 300 watts continuously or 500 watts at surge peak. The DC outputs operate at a 120 watts total.
The Power Pro also features two 5 volt USB ports so you can easily charge your smaller handheld devices like smartphones, tablets or Bluetooth speakers. Each port operates at a maximum of 10.5 watt output.

We've designed Jackery Power Pro with a lithium ion battery rather than an acid lead battery. This decision significantly increases the number of charging cycles & therefore the life of the unit itself. Lithium ion batteries weigh less, are much more efficient & are cleaner & safer for the environment than acid lead batteries. Jackery chooses to use only the highest grade battery cells from Panasonic, the same batteries that are used in Tesla products, to make this the best product possible.
The Jackery Power Pro comes equipped with a Type A/B compatible socket. The charger cord for the unit itself is chosen by each backer at the end of the campaign via a backer survey from the chart above.

Risks and challenges
Jackery’s core competence lies in portable charging technology, innovation, and manufacturing. Based on our expertise and many years of experience in creating and producing premium portable charging products since 2010, evidenced by the successful, reliable, customer-trusted premium Jackery products such as the Mini, Bar, Giant+, Titan, Thunder, and many other great Jackery products, we are now embarking on the new journey of making the Jackery Power Pro, a new series of much larger, much more powerful energy storage solutions designed to empower our entire mobile life in this new day & age of mobile connectivity wherever we go, the ability to staying off the grid yet with power to charge all devices we have.
Nevertheless, the process of realizing the Jackery Power vision from prototype to mass production will be very involved and not without its potential risks. Unexpected situations may arise due to a supplier missing component delivery deadlines, or technical problems may initially arise from the first mass production of such large energy storage solution product. We have been and will continue to conduct extensive testing and trial production runs, to ensure the real production quality and product yield rates. Any issues that show during the extensive testing period and trial production runs may cause a delay in delivery the final products and therefore not meeting the deadline.

It's Panasonic lithium-ion battery pack in a huge size.
- Type A (2 pins) and Type B (3 pins), used in North and Central America and Japan. 15 A, almost always 100 – 127 V.
- Type C, used in all countries of Europe except the United Kingdom, Ireland, Cyprus and Malta. 15 A, almost always 220 – 240 V.
- Type D, used almost exclusively in India and Nepal. 5 A, 220 – 240 V
- Type G, mainly used in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Cyprus, Malta, Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong. 13 A, 220 – 240 V.
- Type I, mainly used in Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, China and Argentina. 10 A, 220 – 240 V.
You can check the battery level by reading the LCD Battery Display at the front of your Jackery Power Pro. Press the round button next to the Jackery logo, you should see a battery icon in 5 bars with the top bar shown FULL when it's fully charged, and a number in percentage which shows the power level remaining. Try to avoid running the Power Pro down completely which will diminish its capacity. although you can use the Power Pro even though it's partially charged.
Per Safety and Security Rules for Batteries, passengers may carry all consumer-sized lithium ion batteries (up to 100 watt hours per battery). Jackery Power Pro is over 500W lithium battery so unfortunately it's not allowed to checked-in or carried in carried-on baggage.
The LCD Battery display is an advanced feature designed to help you better understand power level and monitor power consumption. The Input section reflects the amount of power your Jackery Power Pro is receiving while it’s charging. The Output section indicates the power amount of all devices been connected are pulling out from the Jackery Power Pro. You can use the numbers displayed in watts to estimate runtime. For example, if you have a 100W light plugged in, you can estimate the Jackery Power Pro will run the light for about 5.8 hours by applying the formula - Power Pro Wattage / Device Wattage = Run time in hours (578/100= 5.8 hours).
When comes to power, you've probably heard the letters DC & AC.
- DC stands for Direct Current and is the only type of power that can be stored in a battery.
- AC stands for Alternating Current, which is the type of power your devices use when they’re plugged into the wall.
An inverter is required to convert DC to AC output which requires a small amount of power. You can see this by turning on the AC port and looking at the Output on the LCD display. A pure sine wave inverter, like the one found in your Jackery Power Pro, produces an output that is exactly the same as supplied by an AC wall plug in your house. Although integrating a pure sine wave inverter takes more components, it produces power output that makes it compatible with almost all AC electric devices you use in your house. So in the end, the pure sine wave inverter allows your Jackery Power Pro to safely power almost everything under 578 watts in your house that you would normally plug into the wall.
The Jackery Power Pro should power most of your devices and small appliances. First, you need to know the amount of power your device requires. This may require some research on your end, a good online search or examining the user guide of your device should suffice. To be compatible with the Jackery Power Pro, you should use devices that require less than 300W of power. Also, you will need to check the capacity for the individual output ports. For example, the AC output port is monitored by an inverter that allows for 300W of continuous power. This means if your device is pulling more than 300W for an extended period of time, the Jacker Power Pro's inverter will quit working.
When you’re deciding on what to power from the Jackery Power Pro, do some research into your device’s wattage consumption. For more quick tips and learning tools, please email our customer service for help. Here are some common devices and their runtime powered by the Jackery Power Pro:
- 12V Light / 5W: 100+ Hrs
- Smartphones: 45+ recharges
- Laptop: 4-7 full recharges
- 32" LCD TV: 4+ hours
- Mini Fridge: 10 + hours
- DJI UAV batteries: 7+ recharges
It takes about 6 hours to be fully charged by using the AC plug provided in the package. It's about 7 hours from the 85W solar panel.
Lithium batteries in particular need special protection and control circuits to keep them within their predefined voltage, current and temperature operating limits. We use a Microcontroller IC that controls the entire battery function system. Therefore the Power Pro will stop output when it's overheating or the Stage of Charge (SoC) is in a low level. Also it stops taking input charge when the Power Pro is fully charged or over-temperature.
The typical estimated life of a Lithium-Ion battery is about two to three years or 300 to 500 charge cycles, whichever occurs first.
Actually there is no limit. But please keep in mind that the peak output of the AC plug is 578W. Total power in Watts of all devices powered from the Jackery Power Pro should not exceed this limit. Otherwise the Power Pro will stop working.
The Jackery Power Pro input is 25.2 V with an 8mm DC port. So any solar panel if meets the above specs should be compatible with the Jackery Power Pro. However, it’s highly recommended to use the Jackery solar panel due to other specs such as current/Watts. Please provide the specs of your solar panel and our support team will help you in further details.
