Risks and challenges
Although we work day by day with the best professionals to manufacture our products, different problems can arise from the production process to the delivery. However, we are firmly committed to its resolution in the shortest possible time. Some possible risks or challenges are;
- Delivery time; it will depend on the quantity to be produced and the volume of deliveries to be made. If the campaign is hugely successful, there may be delays in the deadlines.
- Broken pieces; Although the Hearling of Asura team ensures that each piece passes an exhaustive quality control, sometimes during the delivery process the pieces could break or suffer deformations.
- If the campaign becomes a success and all items are unlocked and the workload is increased, it could generate additional work that can take an extra time to be completed, in which case you might experience short delays so that our quality do not compromise.
- Shipping costs; We are committed to make some shipping costs for everyone but in some cases there may be a small increase in them.
Either way, the Hearlings of Asura team is always committed to solve the problems arising from the production process to the final delivery as soon as possible.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
