      Hi Michelle,
Thanks for reaching out and for helping us reach our goal! Sorry about the security issue. I just found out about it also. Nothing was compromised on this end. As to your excitement about the doc, I'll be sending out a comprehensive update shortly. However, I can let you know that we are in the test screening phase of the doc. Meaning, there is a 90 minute cut that everyone is excited about and we are screening for family and close associates of the family prior to stepping into the next phase which is licensing and distribution. So let's say we're very CLOSE and we are geared up to send all pledge items after full completion of doc.

Also, for additional updates (complimenting the information you get here privately, please feel free to take a look at our facebook page:

Also realized I haven't received any of the pledged items (but is that because the documentary isn't complete?).

Hi. Last update was June 2013. What's going on now? I've lost track of what's going on here. Haven't been on in a while - had to come on to change my password after everyone was hacked. So, I thought I'd check to see what was going on with the documentary. Can you please give us all an update? Thanks so much!

      Hello Shean,
We are excited to be in the final stages of production of the feature length documentary. We would like to be complete with the film in time for the 50th anniversary of the March on Washington for Jobs and Freedom. New updates will be posted soon.

Brother Ali, I just watched Lifetime's movie about Dr. Betty Shabazz and Coretta Scott King and I saw Mrs. Ruby Dee's contribution to this interesting perspective which gave it so much gravitas that it really uplifts any project she is part of. I am writing to inquire of the status of the documentary this far, as the last update was back in November?
