Not All Minis go to Heaven
Impact! believes that lost and forgotten or unmade miniatures shouldn't stay lost to the hard drive abyss they've been relegated to.
Whether they were from discontinued lines, failed or undelivered projects we think they deserve to be resurected, brought into the light, and that's why this project is dedicated that end.
Today we give you a chance to get minis that are either no longer available, or never made it the light of day.
Over the past year Impact! has reached out to different Kickstarter Creators whose lines of miniatures failed to fund, were never got delivered or finished, or simply were discontinued after an initial printing run.
We've licensed or outright purchased everything shown in this project and now all that is left raise the capital for molds and materials and bring these amazing miniatures to backers to you, your friends, and your families and for gamers on tables everywhere!

ALL miniatures in this KickStarter are provided unpainted. The miniatures offered in this project will either be spincast resin or will be high quality 3-D prints done on a top end printer by Impact!'s 3-D print shop (you should not see print lines after priming and paint). Note: the miniatures will be translucent blue as to which durable high detail material I use. Also if you've never worked directly with an Impact! 3-D print, it works exactly like getting a cast miniature ... same prep, prime and paint ... no special requirements! Reviews of Impact!'s 3-D prints next section and examples at the bottom of the project description.
As stretch goals are reached we will unlock additional funds for you to use to get more miniatures or possibly additional sculpts. The miniatures will require light clean up, being primed before painted and might need some assembly (although we will do our best to keep the figures with as few pieces as possible).
Reviews of Impact! 3-D Printing
Jason Turner of Jason Turner Minis - "The 3-D printed models that I’ve received from Impact! Miniatures are the best I’ve seen on the market. The detail is crisp and clean, and the material that the minis are printed from require little to no clean up. I can just jump straight to painting, which gets the models on the tabletop faster."
Chris Spotts of The Spotted Painter - "I order all my custom printed 3-D miniatures from Impact! because they're absolutely top quality prints. Quality is virtually indistinguishable from cast prints of the same size. "
Brian Saunders of Midknight Heroes - "Impact! Miniatures print quality is by far the best around, the detail is top notch and the price well, you can’t beat it. It’s a no brainer for us. Print quality is on par with casting, you can’t tell any difference and in fact I took home a bronze at the Reaper MSP painting competition on a print from Impact! Miniatures. It’s that good!"
You can use your reward dollars to get any of the miniatures in the listing below.

SPINCAST RESIN MINIATURES
In a previous KickStarter the backers helped bring back entire armies from the closed company Heartbreaker. With a revival project like this one we thought it only right to allow them to join in the fun of rescuing more miniatures. These sets are slightly discounted from our normal store prices for this KickStarter and 25% discounted with the special Heartbreaker reward options available.
These armies are all SPINCAST RESIN! (the pictures are of the metal masters used to make the resin models you will receive).
Need a closer picture of any of the armies to decide if you want one? Just follow this link for larger images of each army: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/674003445/kev-adams-tim-prow-oldhammer-goblin-miniatures

SHIPPING AND SELECTION OF YOUR MINIATURES
Shipping will be charged in the pledge manager after the project. At this time we are estimating $5 for US backers, $13 for Canada and $17 for Rest of World. Shipping of the KickStarter will be EU Friendly and should not incur any customs fees.
The Pledge Manager will be done after the end of the project. In the pledge manager you will select the miniatures you wanted for your pledge and will also pay for shipping. Impact! has successfully delivered over 35 projects so you will get your reward and can back with confidence.
WHERE DID THESE MINIATURES COME FROM?
- Miniatures from the discontinued board game Wizard's Academy
- Miniatures from the closed company ZN Games
- Miniatures from the discontinued line for Breachworld by Jason Richards
- Miniatures from the discontinued line by Hivetrygon Minis
- Miniatures from closed company Soul Jar - these were from the Torn World KickStarter which was originally rescued by Pacesetter Games which was a noble and awesome act.
- Miniatures from the failed to fund KickStarter Dawn of the Archmage
- Miniatures from the failed KickStarter Torn Armor
EXAMPLES OF 3-D PRINTS FOR PAINTING
If you have not handled an Impact! 3-D print ... they have no lines and can be painted just like a normal miniature you receive from other companies. Here are examples of painting of our 3-D prints from August and September of this year.
NOTE ON TORN ARMOR
One of the group of STL files I was able to purchase was the STLs from the Torn Armor KS project that funded but failed to deliver. While I have no connection to that project at all, I will work with you to get you some/all of the miniatures at cost + shipping. I set up a special $2 reward level to assist with handling this.
Based on backers request I have also set up a discounted package for the set of miniatures to play the Torn Armor board game.
SPECIAL THANKS: Timothy Cassavetes from KickStarter Best Practices and Adam Clark from Kicktraq for taking time to talk through best ways to approach and set up this special project.
Risks and challenges
The risks are minimal. We have the masters already for the miniatures and my mold maker has approved them for us. For all the 3-D printed miniatures we already have all the STL files in hand and have signed licenses or purchase contracts for them. Impact! is one of the top 15 most successful users of KickStarters (according to KickStarter) for # of successfully delivered projects.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
