Shambling Mound unlocked ... Medusa up next!

With still over a week to go with the KickStarter we've not unlocked the Shambling Mound TYPE II.  A 60mm moss monster that can also double as a treeman.

You can add him to any pledge level for $8.

Up next ... at $50000 we unlock Medusa for your Dungeon Adventures to try and defeat without becoming Chibi statues!

And we have many more items to announce that have happened over the last few days.   When we added the KINGMAKER level there were 30 figurines in it .. and now it is up over 60 ... and it will only keep growing as we knock down pledge levels until we reach the end.

I guessed it was something like that, but it's nice to know for sure. As a backer, I REALLY appreciate your fast response, honesty, and transparency! Thank you for keeping this rolling with more stretches and more awesome minis.

Now if you'll excuse me, I have a pledge to increase ;]

@CrazyBaldHead. Our original plans for the KickStarter ended at 30 figures created using Andrew and we promised to go by $2500 for the Stretch Goals until we reached 30 figures. We were able to get Jason Wiebe and MKUltra to help with some extras but Andrew was the core sculptor for the project and he was only on reserve for 30 figures. Shambling Mound is the 30th figure per our original promise (26 TYPE I + 6 TYPE II - Diminutive Mage already done - Unicorn done by MKUltra = 30).

So any figures we do now we have to do with a different plan of attack/contract that will be more costly. So originally the plan was that $45000 would have been it for adding new figures to the KickStarter. After talking with some of our sculptor contracts we can get more added in but we needed to increase the gap to $5000 for each goal.

@Orlando_the_Technicoloured: Yup. My wife, who is not exactly a Chibi fan, got the "awww"s when she saw the Medusa art. :)

I noticed that Medusa unlocks at $50,000, instead of the normal pattern of a new stretch every $2,500, which would have her unlock at $47,500. Any particular reason for the switch?

      Come on Medusa

I think she's my favorite bit of arts so far
