November down ... December is new batter up
In my last update I thought November would be a solid month for shipping unless something unexpected happened. And it definitely did.
My oldest son went into medical care days after that update. Original thoughts were that it was something easily fixed but as late as 2 days ago we had another sleepless night where his survival was actually a question mark. Combine this with 2 weeks ago my wife ending up going to the hospital needing surgery. She is just how in the last couple days recovering and actually able to get up and get her own food (as a first step of recovery).
I can say with honest sincerity that I would gladly have liked to be spending November packing and shipping rather than sitting at bedsides offering fatherly/husband support and keeping the household running.
I have brought in some help that I am paying to help me get this KickStarter finished shipping. To avoid the issues with the previous paid help I am actually paying one person to double check the work of the previous person. This makes it slow and expensive but it means an extra set of hands to help me get this KS delivered.
I want to make it very clear ... there is no question of IF you will receive your reward ... it is just a question of WHEN. And I am doing all that I can to make that WHEN sooner than later within the confines of a one man company. I have ever incentive to finish this project. I have two of my distributors that have already placed orders for these teams to be sold to them as soon as the KickStarter is finished shipping. Those orders are over $2000, but I won't deliver them until I have these rewards finished. I also have a entire Chaos team that I would like to run a KickStarter for to get the spincast resin molds along with paying for extra greens that are available for the team, but that won't happen either until this KS is fully shipped. So there are major incentives to be done in addition to my desire to take care of my backers, so do not think that this project is being ignored or unnecessarily delayed ... it is my top priority.
I will do my best to update the comments section at least once a week with our progress on shipping through December.
Sorry for this turn of events ... this project remains my top priority in my life outside of my family and I will do my best to take care of my backers.
