The ARC is created by Dr. Gene Shirokobrod a renowned physical therapist and Discovery Channel's Big Brain Theory winning engineer, Corey Fleischer, for a simple reason....RELIEF!
The ARC may be small, but it’s exceptionally versatile. It can be used lying down to relieve neck pain or used while sitting in a chair for perfect posture, as well as upper back stretches and exercises for back tension relief.
The innovative, yet simple design of The ARC uses the body’s own weight, coupled with a scientifically designed suspension system and strategically placed tension point inserts for muscle relaxation. As a result, users will experience almost instant tension and discomfort relief, making The ARC a game changing device.
EVERYONE sits. Whether it's at work, home, commuting, traveling or simply resting, sitting is a common activity performed by everyone. Sitting for prolonged periods is typically uncomfortable, commonly resulting in tension on your neck, back and even shoulders. By placing The ARC at the mid-back, it creates perfect spinal alignment. If you slump, The ARC will slide down the chair and remind you to restore good postural mechanics!

Use The ARC with any Chair!
The ARC is based on biomechanics, physics and tissue physiology. We have undergone several 3D printed prototype variations until the perfect one was created.

Risks and challenges
We have been working hard to establish a reliable USA based manufacturer for production of The ARC. We are happy to say that we were successful in doing that. Once Kickstarter is completed The ARC will be made in the USA and shipped to backers. As has been our goal from the beginning we will regularly update all the backers on the process from start to finish. You guys are part of this and we plan on making sure that continues throughout the Kickstarter journey. We will hope for the best and in case delays happen you guys will know whats going on and how we plan to fix it!Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
