A BYU senior capstone film about acceptance and gratitude, owning who we are despite our difficult and undesirable circumstances.
Randy leaves college after being financially unable to continue his education. He returns home to his simple and unschooled family, hoping to earn some money and leave town at the next opportunity. He neglects his home and family life and spends most of his time with his high school friend Sarah, a wealthy, intellectual girl who has the lifestyle and sophistication that he desires. Struggling to find his place in either world, Randy comes to realize that happiness and success are determined by the relationships we have with each other rather than wealth or status.
The funds we receive will be used to pay professional actors, acquire the appropriate locations, and equip our crew with the necessary equipment and materials to create a visually exciting and realistic film.
