About this project
In early 2012, two brony DJs with a show on a small FM radio station had a crazy idea to make a documentary about brony musicians who have made this fandom great. It grew into a project that covered dozens of musicians, as well as many other people who made the fandom of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic better and greater.
Now we're back, and we need the help of our friends once again as we step from the Rainy City into the City That Never Sleeps, for another round with the musicians and actors you love.
Las Pegasus! Dreams of every pegasus, earth pony and unicorn are all going to fall into one place as a gathering of bronies unite for Unicon Las Pegasus.
We have been lucky enough to have the oppurtunity to film this huge gathering of bronies, to get behind the scenes of what goes on in the minds of the musicians and actors alike, but we just need a little more luck, and that's where you come in.
Our small film crew is going to travel to Las Vegas Nevada and film this burgeoning convention, capturing every bit we can, interviewing the members of the fandom we've all come to love, and documenting the success of Unicon.
Our budget is much smaller than it was for Everfree because it is pretty inexpensive to fly to Las Vegas. Nonetheless, we hope to top our performance that was the original Music is Magic, which can be viewed here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jijJlHmQcro
We want to make this a series about brony musicians and new brony conventions. This is the next step to realizing that goal. Together, we can shed more light on the talent that is embedded within this massive community. Thank you.

Risks and challenges
This documentary will require us to be filming guerrilla style. No doubt the convention floor will be crowded and the situation will be hectic. However, this is exactly how it was at Everfree and we were able to deal with that. My experience as a news reporter makes me well suited to this task. Once filming is complete, editing and post-production will commence and should not take more than a few weeks (two months at the most).
Once the video is finished, it will be uploaded to our YouTube channel for everyone to enjoy.
