Received it last week, very professionally packed :) Also easy to set up, having some experience in embedded devices.
Basic functionality is okay, can't wait to see further development (e.g. signal analysis, statistics, etc.) Do you have a roadmap for this? Also very curious how the community will pick this up.

    8. Rolf-Dieter Klein on March 16, 2014

received it safe in Germany - will shortly try it out - great !

btw i also didn't see any info about sending, but yesterday page of my sending was filled completely. And the strange thing that the first activity in Saint-Petersburg was "Unsuccessful attempt of delivery"/"Temporary absence of the addressee" in two days after customs clearance in Moscow.
Maybe this info will help someone.

lovely! Can't use it right now to see how cool it is in work. Hope next week I'll have some time for it.

      @Darren Johnson
We are sorry to hear that your receiving of the parcel was unsatisfactory. In this first batch there were only a few cases when we were contacted to further assist the delivery due to some special situation – and we managed to successfully complete all of them.
It is our pleasure to support all our backers, and would like to resolve your case just as well. To do that, we will continue by answering your direct email shortly.

I have to say that I'd like to file a complaint.

The method of shipping this product has been wholly unsatisfactory. On February 27th I recieved an e-mail that my product was being shipped to me through a company called TNT consignment. On March 3rd, the product was listed as "Out for Delivery". Everyday I checked, and it still said "Out for Delivery". Yesterday I looked at the tracking information again, and was surprised to see "Reciever refused delivery". After making some phone calls, I discovered that the product was handed over to Fed Ex and that Fed Ex was holding onto it at a dropoff location. At no time was I notified of this, or that my package was waiting to be picked up.

Now, the item is being returned to the shipper. At this point, I'd rather not deal with it, and would just like a refund instead.

      @Nicholas Granger-Brown, filippo sartori
Due to natural distribution of the electrical characteristics of the analog Front-End and Back-End electronics, their offsets and gains will differ slightly across various Red Pitaya boards and may change during time. Instructions on how to calibrate the Red Pitaya fast analog inputs and outputs can be found on the Red Pitaya wiki page. http://redpitaya.com/

Got mine in Nome, Alaska! Looking forward to learning how to use it. And, I want to compliment the Red Pitaya team on not only a great product, but a thoroughly professional campaign! Good work!

    15. Masoud on March 12, 2014

Mine arrived a few days ago in Switzerland. The product is very well designed and of good quality. I had some initial tests without any issues. Thank you guys for the professional work and good communication.

The device is very powerful and capable. However without integration to existing open source tools and platforms it is not much of use. This is mainly the job of community.

      Here are my suggestions:

      OpenWRT, archlinuxARM, sigrok.

I have started porting archlinuxARM to Red Pitaya. But I don't have much experience in u-boot. Anyone interested?

Mine arrived. It looks ok, when I have time I will start doing things with it.

Just one thing: In the package it says VAT is 22%, in my country, Spain is 21% so it is not very different, but if it goes to places like USA it probably could be much cheaper, as in some states it is less than 10%.

      Mine arrived in Australia yesterday.
Just ran some initial tests with scope and sig gen, and I'm very impressed so far!
Beautiful PCB layout and workmanship, and quite nice initial software suite.
I think I'll soon be designing a CNC cut acrylic case, and installing a small cooling fan...

Successfully and very professionally executed. Well done to the Red Pitaya team!

I'm hoping for some amplification on the developer instructions either from the team or the community. As a non expert in Linux the concise instructions given look a bit scary - perhaps a pre configured ready to go VM that can run under windows might help?

As mentioned elsewhere I see an offset on the input channels. 5mV on one and 10mV on the other. I haven't spotted a way of trimming this out on the oscilloscope UI. Of course if I can get the dev environment running I might take this on as my first self education project.

      Once again well done.

Wow, I'm fighting with the customs.

    25. filippo sartori on March 8, 2014

The calibration is well within 1% of my scope measurement.
The signal generator appears to have 50mV offset.
      Anybody else seeing this?

      First tests done
      It does get hot indeed.
I need now to perform some tests with a signal generator.
It appears to have some offset, maybe in the signal generator.
