About

In 2013 i was falsely accused of doing something i did not do, I was a Registered Nurse working in the Learning Disability Environment and working long hard shifts.

From May 2013 to January 2014 i was unemployed due to the allagation against me and was in the process of underging a fitness to practice investigation with the NMC, i tried several times to seek employment but no one wanted to employ a Nurse that was under investigation no matter how hard i tried to get a new job no one was interested.

It was embarassing at times as when they heard i was still under investigation they even went to the point of saying your wasting our time why did you bother us, this was self destroying and i became more and more depressed it eventually got to the point that i did not want to leave the house as i just felt everything was going wrong.

In August 2013 my 11 week old grand son passed away this was devastating, trying to cope with this at the same time as dealing with the court case for Constructive dismisal and then the NMC hearing in January of 2014 was all too much and i had a complete break down .

I no longer wanted to leave the house, i cut off all ties to family and friends and became a complete recluse.

My hearing came round and i was so stressed that i was physically sick every morning, the though of getting up was just too much to bear. My hearing was set for the 25th January it was to be over 3 days on the first day the person who accused me was to testify and i was to ask them questions as i had no lawyer with me and was defending myself (due to financial reasons)

This was very daunting as there were 5 people on the panel and then the lawyer from the NMC. I asked the person questions and they admitted that yes they were wrong and had never seen me doing what they accused me of.

I was found not guilty and this was the best news ever, i thought wow thats it i can now go out and find myself a new job and go back to being a Nurse something i lived for but oh no this was not to be the case no matter how hard i tried again to get a new job even thought i was cleared and found not guilty no one wanted to employ me this was sole crushing i could not deal with it any more and just went back to being a recluse and not seeing or speaking to anyone for 2 years.

Evenutually i decided that i had to do somehting to get on with my life i loved baking so i baked and i baked and i but i found i needed so much equipment in order to do this a a full time job and i have tired my best to get this on my own when i could but there is still so much i need to get which i do not have i am trying now to raise the money i need to get this equipment to help me start my own business and to finally put the past behind me

Please help me raise the money i need for this so i can start my life over with a fresh new start

thank you
