Yes it does. It turns by differential speed of the two motors. The front wheel slides along on grass. It doesn't make a sharp turn but works pretty well on the fairway. We don't recommend turning on concrete. It wears out the front tire quickly.
When the power is off, you can push it like a normal cart. The motors a gearless so it's effortless to push. Of course, there's an added weight so it's slightly harder to push.
The geometry of the cart doesn't change. So if your cart is prone to tip then adding the eWheels will do the same. We're working on a Wheelie bar as an accessory for those who play on a very hilly course.
