Out from the Void!

Posted by Newt Newport (Creator)

Good afternoon Glorious Backers and Curious Onlookers,

OK I have to be upfront about is that over the summer the game has slipped from its October delivery date. I thought I factored in enough time to allow for real life commitments, illness, demands from the day job etc but apparently not.

The good news is the first draft of the game, which contains all the new content covered by the basic goal and the stretch goals, is now complete, as is Phase 1 of art (which is complete replacement off ALL the art in the original book).  I'm now currently commissioning Phase 2 art, which is additional art to illustrate the new content, and starting on the editorial/proofing process.

If all goes well I'm looking at the end of the year for delivery of the Final PDF with the physical books being available shortly after.

In the meantime I intend to put together another Beta pdf, with all the new art + some of the new content for the end of October.

To give you a quick taste I recently posted one of the five Nemesis write ups I've done for the book on my Sorcerer Under Mountain blog (as well as the write up there's a preview of the Serpent Folk full pager I showed the work in progress of last update).

And here's one of David M. Wright's full pagers, the Crypt Keeper !

Until next carefull of which shadows you step on

All the best

While I am eagerly awaiting the release of C&T Remastered, I'd be glad it given the time it deserves and another beta will definitely be able to tide me over til it's ready. Cheers!

Thanks for the update. No worries, as long as you show us that you're still here and work progresses, a bit of a delay is no problem.

looking forward to the new beta, thanks for the news :)
