I would like to raise funds to produce the initial run of My First Skateboard completes (Rabbit graphic). My First Skateboard is designed from the ground up to be a child’s first introduction to rolling, pushing & turning on a skateboard. Abrasive griptape is replaced with softer, padded rubberized foam...which, by the way, goes hand in hand with sidewalk chalk:

The trucks have extra soft bushings installed that are optimized for the smallest of users. Bigger, softer wheels are more forgiving and roll much better for lighter users.

ATTENTION AUNTS, UNCLES & GRANDPARENTS:   Make a pledge for one Complete Skateboard in this campaign and choose to have My First Skateboard shipped directly to your little one anywhere in the U.S.  Specify their SHIP TO address when submitting your order.

Risques et défis

The challenge for this project is the targeted nature of the product. Sure, many parents would like to get their kids a first skateboard. But, how many would instead opt for the cheapo, big box store version while not knowing how that subpar piece of equipment will underwhelm their child? This is the perfect first skateboard setup for the child in your life. My First Skateboard is the optimal setup that is completely geared towards being a child’s first skateboard.
