If you say the carrier is responsible for those who has not received their wallets, then please switch the carrier! Simple and Easy! I am afraid I am not patient enough to wait for another 2 month!!!

Truly the thinnest wallet I have ever owned. I am very happy with the product so far. One drawback is that the color is fading a bit and the sides are starting to peel. But great job nonetheless!

I've requested a refund from Elad. The customer service was poor in responding to the delays and the only excuse was that they blamed USPS for the late shipments. Wow! I received many other items from USPS and never had a problem with them. Please Elad, there's no customs issues in Hong Kong that you need to deal with. And, once again I ask you politely, do kindly make the refund as I am a disgruntled customer. The only reason why you put up that post 18 hours ago was because we backers have been getting uptight over your delays and even though you sent me the parcel with the tracking number, it wasn't the parcel meant for me. Please issue me a refund as my request. I do not want the extra 2 wallets from you and another delayed delivery schedule. I had given you my reasons over in the email previously sent to you, Jack and Gilli. Thank you.

Delays are caused by incorrect address's, mistakes by USPS, customs delays for international shipments, and your countries postal service.
We are all human... me, you... even the post man and the bureaucrats at customs... however, even though these mistakes are not our own, we will fix them.
We at Paperwallet believe in 2 things. 1. Making awesome products & 2. Customer Satisfaction.
Therefore, we will do what we can to ensure that you receive your awesome wallets and that you are happy with them. If you have an issue please email Jack at support@paperwallet.com with your backer number, address, and describe the issue and we will do what we must to bring out that beautiful smile :)
