I can't find an email titled "Your Payment to AWIT Systems, Inc. has succeeded". Is there another way to get my reference number to check my address?

    2. Jeffrey Chang & the AWIT team Creator on May 9

Sorry for not updating as frequently as it should be. We are still 120% consumed with all the technical works need to be done for quality delivery. It's getting better every day, and I shall have the next detail update soon.

By the time this comes out there won't be any phones ;)
      Project update?

Hi Jeffrey, thanks for the long awaited update. Glad to see that the project is still live. It would be good for the backers to be updated more frequently as many of us are getting worried.

    6. Jeffrey Chang & the AWIT team Creator on April 9

We're almost done with all of the tuning & testing now. While the team is wrapping up the work, we're also negotiating with the factory for our production schedule, and hopefully to get it re-started within the next few weeks. I'll post the details once the shipment can be estimated more realistically.

Hi Jeffrey.. a status update would be good..

    8. Jeffrey Chang & the AWIT team Creator on March 24

@Giom: No, this project is not a scam! We're very close to deliver JackPair. It's lagging so long because technically it's very hard, but not impossible, to deliver digitally encrypted bits over all kinds of voice channels in analog form. But we have stood up he challenges and it's almost done now.

We have appreciated the great patience from all our backers. And in case you choose not to wait, you can always get your money back. We understand that it's a long stretch, and our refund policy has always been of 100% full refund uncontionally. Please let me know if you need refund.

This project has been lagging for too long and will obviously never materialize. Another Kickstarter scam... Jeffrey Chang, or whoever is behind JackPair, you stole more than USD 40 k from backers!!! Shame on you

I like the JackPair and look forward to getting it, but it is humorous, as John notes, that both new HTC (U11) and iPhones no longer has a mini jack.
Wires are better for security though, but it does move this product more and more over to a desktop or speciality case tool, where you insist on bringing an USB-C to minijack converter and headphones with a minijack, rather than the usual earpods.

Still works with most tablets though, securing the data stream :)
Quality over speed, though the time is ticking for the mini jack in smartphones.

We've just done with latest software changes and working on integration tests now. I'll post more update with good news soon.

That being said, we understand that the project has been delayed much longer than we had expected. If you'd like to cancel your pledge, please send me a private KS message, and we'll issue your full refund.

I apologize for the hold-up on updates. We really wanted to make the milestone of shipment, and had tried very hard to fix up all the issues. It took us a while to realize that we need a few more months, but not weeks, to get the job done right. I'll make sure our project management is more realistic and to update more frequently. Thanks for all your support!!!

    38. Jeffrey Chang & the AWIT team Creator on January 15, 2017

Sorry for the delay; we've been trying to get everything done over the holidays, and are very close to shipment now. Our factory is in Silicon Valley, California, so our shipment won't be stuck with Chinese New Year, and we will try to get it shipped by then. I will have more update soon.

      Hi, guys,

Sorry for the late reply. We're focusing on getting the product out of the door. We've make quite a few breakthrough in the past months; but there's still quite a few tuning & testing to be done, and it'll take us another month or two to wrap up everything. I'm posting a detailed update this week. Stay tuned.
