*All the components are presented in their current form and are susceptible to change during the campaign.
*Current design of the plastic tray and box organisation. It might change as we unlock new components and upgrades.
**The plastic tray will be designed to that the inserts have enough room to fit the cards with premium sleeves.
Our main focus with the Stretch Goals is to make the game as amazingly luxurious as possible in terms of components. With your help and support, we want to reach a deluxe feel for the base game. That being said, we've prepared some nice surprises and new content for you along the way and we'll reveal them as we go.
* We've made enough space to accommodate Premium Sleeves.
Spread the word on Facebook and Board Game Geek to help us find new allies to fight the Corruption. These new cards will offer an additional layer of strategic choice to make up a balanced team and will trade goods and services in their systems.
We also have some cool goodies planned for you to play in style!
You can watch complete playthroughs of the game, courtesy of Mike at One Stop Co-Op Shop and Justin at The BattleCast, and see how tough it is to triumph over the Corruption in our little corner of the galaxy.

While being close to its final form, the rulebook is still subject to changes, mostly in terms of design and overall organisation (the rules themselves have been final for some time). We are always working on improving the flow and we appreciate constructive feedback!
Feel free to share your thoughts with us in the comments.
As a Belgium-based company, we have decided to produce the game both in English and in French, in a fully translated version. After the campaign is finished, you will be able to choose your language in the pledge manager.
If you are interested in helping us translate the rulebook in your language, feel free to contact us at email@example.com
We'll be happy to study any proposition to bring the game to your country.
*En tant qu'éditeur basé en Belgique, nous avons décidé de produire le jeu en Anglais et en Français dès le lancement. À la fin de la campagne, vous serez amenés à choisir la langue que vous souhaitez dans le pledge manager.

Adding these add-ons to your game is easy: simply add the item's cost to your pledge. After the campaign, you will be able to select the addons in our pledge manager.
*For example, you pledge 49€ for the game and want to add the models and playmat, just edit your pledge to (49+5+20)= 74€.
*The art book availability will depend on the number of backers that picked them (determined during the pledge manager). Should they not be unlocked, you obviously won't be charged for them.
The game has evolved throughout the campaign thanks to all the Stretch Goals the community have unlocked. Here are a few images of X-ODUS in its final form to see the distance we've traveled since day 1!
* Contiguous US, not including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and military bases.
Shipping will be collected after the Kickstarter via our pledge manager after the campaign ends. The list given here is a fair estimate, but prices might increase slightly based on any optional buys you get.
We’ve partnered with various fulfilment centers across the globe to ensure that we can deliver the most efficient shipping experience possible to most of our backers, and we have subsidized much of the applicable shipping and taxes to keep the prices as low as possible.
The current destinations will be tax-friendly:
United States via Funagain.
Canada via Starlit Citadel Logistics.
The EU via Spiral Galaxy Games.
Norway via Grimfield Games.
Australia and New Zealand via VFI for now. However, if we have a sufficient number of backers from these regions, we'll work with Aetherworks, which will reduce the shipping costs significantly.
China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Macao, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand via VFI.
All these fulfilment centers have an excellent reputation and have been quick and reliable already in discussing our shipping needs and expectations. For other destinations, the shipping costs will be automatically included when you finalize your order.
Unfortunately, because of certain import laws and customs, we currently are NOT ABLE TO SHIP TO Afghanistan, Argentina, Brazil, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Russia.
If your territory is listed above we hope to be able to offer our product to you later at retail, but are unable to commit to shipping to these territories during the Kickstarter.
At Bored Game Ink, we love friendly local game stores and all the retailers that allow us to discover and play great games. We want to support you by offering retailer pledges during the campaign. Pledging with us here and now guarantees that you’ll receive your copies well in advance of the official retail release date at a profitable price.
Proof of status will be required when choosing the retailer pledge.
Pre-order now with a deposit through the Retailer pledge and contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org
We'll offer you customised X-ODUS pledge options. After pledging we will contact you for verification of your store status and give you further information.

Risks and challenges
Risks and challenges
This is our first Kickstarter and as such, our main mission is to create an experience as stress free as possible for our backers. The base game is already 100% completed, be it in terms of design, art or balance and is ready to manufacture. All our stretch goals have already been discussed and priced with our manufacturer, who is now simply waiting for the green light to prepare the sample print.
We’re also using a pledge manager and fulfillment centers to accommodate every demand and ship everything as quickly as possible. Nevertheless, it’s always possible that we’ll meet unexpected delays, and would ask you to keep in mind that the delivery time is only an estimate. Due to the logistics of international shipping, backers in different regions, especially outside of Europe, may receive their game at a later date.
We will, however, keep our backers regularly updated and be completely transparent with the whole process, from the end of the campaign to the point where all games have been safely delivered.
We can refund you within 14 days of the campaign’s end, fees included. After that, we have a policy of no questions asked, though that’s minus Kickstarter and payment processing fees (which we can’t get back from them after 14 days). However, if we’ve begun packaging your pledge for shipment, no refunds are possible. If a component or game cannot be delivered AT ALL, we refund that completely, including fees. This project is being funded in EURO and any refunds processed will be in EURO for the exact amount received in EURO, excluding any applicable fees depending on the time of the refund being processed.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
