About

This is a totally unique replica #TARDIS based on BBC plans from 1963, made from reclaimed oak and hardwoods from #HerneBay seafront. It has been made in honour of James Anthony Coburn who wrote the first ten episodes of #DoctorWho and also the creator of #TARDIS device including the choice of the Police Box exterior from his home in #HerneBay It has also been made to raise funds for 'BBC Children in Need' as well support charities and good causes. It has been not only endorsed by actors who have portrayed the Doctor and other production professionals but members of the estate of Anthony Coburn including Mrs Joan Coburn - Moon. It is need off some TLC, all donations will go towards the upkeep and running costs including promotions to ensure it's continued future for the benefit of the town and its people.
