Jeremy McAdams started his farm experience by “square foot gardening” lots of lettuce, squash, and gourds - as a kid in Kansas City. Later he went to a farm high school in Iowa, where he learned about the dark side of industrial agriculture, and about sustainable alternatives. For many years he studied and then practiced architecture, until his conscience and a floundering construction industry nudged a shift back toward farming.
