WRINKLES ROCK! WE ARE FINALLY RECORDING OUR DEBUT ALBUM. JOIN US FOR THE ADVENTURE!!!
After nearly three years of being a band, Wrinkles has come a long way as a group of musicians and artists. Over the years of writing music, playing shows, and bonding as friends, we have fine tuned our concept of what Wrinkles is as a sound, a community, and an artistic vision.
Wrinkles consists of Thomas Elsen, Sanders Smith, Markle Quinn, Brody Montgomery, and Jon Cardiello, all of whom grew up in Helena Montana. Since the formation of Wrinkles in 2012, we have struggled through a long distance band relationship split between Seattle, Missoula, and Bozeman.
Despite the distance and the difficulties that come with this split, all five members are more excited than ever about pushing forward as a band. We are all super jazzed to announce that we are finally ready to get in the studio and release a professional full length LP! We humbly ask for your help to make this dream a reality.
In our years as a band, we have written and performed original songs that we care about dearly and are now ready to produce them at a professional level. These songs are incredibly meaningful to us, and we would love to be able to share them with you.
With your help, Wrinkles will be spending the latter half of August with Chris Baumann at Black National Studios in Missoula, Montana. We fully trust his ability to help us bring this vision to fruition. The money will be spent on recording costs, mastering costs, and printing and distributing physical copies.
Up to this point, Wrinkles has only existed because of the amazing support we have received from you all. We would like to thank everyone so much for this support and would appreciate whatever contribution you feel comfortable donating to this project. Even if financial support does not make sense for you at this point, we would greatly appreciate anything as little as sharing the link with a friend. We would love for you to join the Wrinkles community as we prepare to release this debut album (fully sending it!).
Huge thanks to Whitney Skuage for her work on the video for this project!

Risks and challenges
Recording is a time consuming process, especially for a band like Wrinkles that employs many different instruments. Then mixing and mastering those recordings is further time consuming.
The biggest risk associated with this project is that everything will take longer than expected. If things do take longer than expected, the project will become more expensive.
Another potential difficulty will be producing and shipping some of the awards. This too may take longer than expected (totally worth the wait for a Wrinkles 12 month calendar though).
We are fully committed to ensuring everything gets done and done right. Wrinkles is our baby and we're asking you to be its godparents.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
