The Infinity Pen in Use
Risks and challenges
Design: The Infinity Pen had to be as malleable as anyone needs, perfectly balanced, and sleek and elegant, all the time making sure that quality was not compromised.
Delivery Time: There's always the risk of something in the supply chain breaking down or causing a time lag, that's why we've taken ample buffer time and will hope to deliver before the expected date. Moreover, our manager himself will oversee that delivery and quality check happen smoothly. And don't worry, the shipping charge is on us!
Duty/VAT: Unfortunately we can't calculate in all the different duty charges around the world, so if you live outside of the USA you will need to handle duty or VAT charges.
Customs: Similarly, we can't control slow customs of some countries. While we're incredibly excited to deliver the product to you as soon as possible, we have no control over customs.
Warning: Contains minuscule amounts of lead, not recommended for young children.
They'll probably be some hurdles to come along the way, but be sure that we'll take them head on and keep you updated on how your product is coming along!

No, it doesn't need to be sharpened. As we mentioned earlier, the alloy is malleable and shapes as you write with it. Seeing from our experience, the pen forms 'edges' when used and stays as sharp or blunt as you need with each edge. Of course, you could completely flatten out the tip, and it would still write with a sharp point if used at the proper angle. So you don't need to sharpen it, but always can if you feel like you want to speed up the moulding process.

As we've mentioned above, The Infinity Pen starts off a little rough and becomes smoother over time. However, it has been designed to have enough friction between the Pen and the paper to get a real feel of how it runs along the page.
