About this project
Hello Kickstarters -
My new film, How to Cheat, has been accepted into the wonderful Los Angeles Film Festival. There's just one problem - it's not finished yet!
I have cashed in every favor I had, borrowed from every family member who will still take my calls, and worked a whole slew of painful side jobs in order to feed the actors and pay for the ever-rising production costs of this film, but now that the opportunity to gain nation-wide exposure in this festival has presented itself, I need your help with the post-production costs in order get it done in time!
Completing this film will have a huge impact on the lives of its cast and crew. Not only is it an important step in each of our careers, it's also extremely educational and fulfilling. So your donation will not just be a drop in the bucket, it will help move each of us along our creative paths!
Thank you for supporting independent art - Check out our website to learn more about the film!
Notes on the rewards:
*Tour of JPL must take place before June 22, 2011 or after January 1, 2012.
*DVD of launch of Rover will be sent after the actual launch (set for Nov. 25, 2011).
*Contact me for dates to LAFF screening times and locations.
