Great news about the future of Galactic Scoundrels

Posted by Joe Williams, Little Rock Games (Creator)

Greetings Scoundrels!

We have got some exciting news. Actually, exciting is an understatement. We are so happy to announce that we have joined forces with the wonderful team at Mercury Games Inc. ( to publish Galactic Scoundrels in the United States and select locations worldwide. Mercury’s team have a lot of experience publishing board and tabletop games, so it’s a dream come true for us — a dream, I should add, that all of you made possible by supporting our campaign.

What does this mean for you?

  • You will receive the same beautiful copy of Galactic Scoundrels with stretch goals included that you’re expecting (including an Expanded Universe 40-card pack and/or High Roller metal dice, if you backed at those tiers).
  • We are much more optimistic that we will deliver all backer rewards on schedule and, more importantly, before any copies of the game are available for retail sale.
  • Because of Mercury’s commitment to quality, your copy of Galactic Scoundrels will be manufactured with higher-quality materials than we were originally expecting to deliver.

At this time, we estimate that by February, 2019 Galactic Scoundrels will be available from most hobby game stores for purchase. Based on that timeline, you should be able to pre-order it at your favorite boardgame retailer beginning in November or December, 2018.

If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to message us through Kickstarter.

Thanks, as always, for your support,
Joe, Olivia, Robbie, Tanner, and Brad

Nevermind the question, I jut checked the FAQ and saw there won't be a PM.
      The congratulations still stand :)

      Hey LRG,
that's great news indeed! This is what kickstarter is about!

I have a question: I backed digital only, is there or will there be an opportunity to upgrade this to physical copy? I'm on the fence and this might sway me, the crucial point is always shipping costs.
